A clear next step, every time.
Connect your server, arrange your dashboard, check packages and work through changes with a review at each step.
This works only if you generated and saved recovery codes before losing access. A successful reset ends all sessions and disables 2FA. Email recovery is not configured.
Your server’s latest status and the tasks that matter.
Install VoxelBridge.jar, generate your one-time pairing code, and begin managing your server.
Connect your server, arrange your dashboard, check packages and work through changes with a review at each step.
Already renting a server? Add it here, then install the matching companion through your hosting panel. Voxel Panel does not rent a Minecraft server for you.
Progress comes from your account and this server’s recorded results. No step runs a command automatically.
Start with what the panel can actually see. If you have an error from your server console, select it below—never paste a password, key or private config.
Drag a card to reorder it, or use Move up / Move down. Hide cards you do not need. Layouts are saved separately for each server and account. Your existing Settings widget choices still apply.
Compare the reported Minecraft version and platform with publisher declarations. A matching version label does not prove which JAR is installed or guarantee gameplay compatibility.
Collect Studio field edits, supported server settings and saved plugin release selections. Review the entire list, put dependencies first, then preview and apply one step at a time. There is no automatic restart.
Studio draft: saves a panel revision only. Live settings: writes reviewed server.properties fields on a stopped compatible host, with a settings-only undo copy. Plugin update: replaces one reviewed JAR on a stopped host and needs a completed full safety backup. Restart and gameplay testing are separate.
Add a field from Plugin Studio’s preview, settings from Work centre → Server settings, or a release from a saved Update planner plan.
Host credentials are used only for the operation and are never stored in the queue. Existing plan, file, backup and second-person approval checks still apply.
Check the installed build and release notes. Small updates use a pinned publisher signature and keep your installed dependencies. Native app/runtime upgrades still use the full setup.
Download reviewed update packageIn the installed app: right-click the Voxel Panel icon beside the Windows clock → Install signed small update. Save open drafts first. The panel briefly stops and restarts; your hosted Minecraft server is not restarted. Keep the panel PC on and awake. Older app versions need the current full installer once to enable this menu.
Download complete setup if needed →Private shortcuts, recorded notifications, your server map and a clearer way to report a problem.
Favourites are private to your account. Opening a favourite never sends a server command or bypasses your plan. Maximum 24 pins.
Failed actions, warnings and work needing attention are kept separate. Reporting gaps are not proof of Minecraft downtime. This panel cannot monitor independently while its PC is off.
Connect an existing BlueMap, dynmap, squaremap or other web map. The map opens in your browser on its own website; Voxel Panel does not generate or host a world map. Configure the map plugin and HTTPS address separately first.
Public HTTPS domain required; no query strings, fragments, dashboard addresses, IP addresses or custom ports. Map reachability is not verified. A detected plugin does not confirm its map is configured.
Your report stays on this panel installation, where its installation administrators can read it. Nothing is sent to Voxel Panel developers, email or an external issue tracker.
Local reports only. Review one report to see its user-approved message and optional diagnostic snapshot.
Pick a task below. Live changes need your own connection, the required plan and an explicit review. Team tasks never run game commands.
Try these ideas with fictional data in the interactive demo →This tool is not included in your account plan. Your existing data is retained. Ask the administrator for a grant; payments are not connected.
Plan & billing →The installed background app retries a lost temporary connection with a short, capped delay. Keep the PC on and awake. A changed connection may require a fresh browser sign-in; credentials are never sent to a new address automatically.
Connect the intended host in Server Care, then read the supported fields. Other properties, passwords and network/security keys stay private. Apply requires a stopped server and creates a settings-only undo snapshot, not a full world/server backup.
Scan up to 8 mapped packages for stable publisher releases matching the reported platform and Minecraft version. Private/premium or unrecognised packages need manual checks. A different version label does not prove that a release is newer. This planner saves a review list; it does not install or restart anything.
Recipes guide one reviewed step at a time: announce → save → backup → restart. Save waits for companion completion; backup waits for the host. Host steps need Pro and the connection entered in Server Care. Nothing runs automatically on a timer.
The server owner's Pro plan sponsors accepted staff. Viewers read; operators can claim or update their tasks and comment; owners assign, reassign and archive. Keep passwords, keys and private account details out of task notes.
Reporting gaps can mean Minecraft, the network or the panel was unavailable. They are not proof of server downtime. This PC cannot monitor independently while the panel is off; time before the first observation stays unknown.
Browser names are self-reported, not verified physical devices. No IP or location is collected. Tracking begins with this update. Revoking a sign-in is permanent for that session, even if its cookie is refreshed on a public page.
Installation administrator only. Includes accounts, grants, drafts and settings. Worlds, plugins, saved backup files, local test profiles and private connector files are excluded. Copy those private files separately. The encryption passphrase is not stored and cannot be recovered.
Save encrypted backup againRestore on the new PC through its private first-run setup page, before creating an owner. Restore refuses an installation that already has an account. It ends old sign-ins and pauses panel automation for review.
New here? Start with Connect my server. Each tool explains its connection and plan requirements before you make a change.
Common tasks without memorising commands
Real-time heartbeat from your plugin
Actual queue outcomes from the selected server.
Upload a backup archive exported from your host, or save one you already have. Files stay on the computer running this panel. Download an independent copy before changing your server.
Trash is recoverable until you choose permanent deletion.
Free Toolbox has snapshots of editable Studio drafts and optional host backup controls. Keep larger world backups in your hosting provider’s backup storage.
Private username-based records for this server. A warning here is a note, not an automatic punishment or message. Username changes are not linked by UUID.
Choose a player to moderate. Actions are always logged.
Connect your server for automatic version detection, or choose a version to browse.
Purchase from the publisher first, then choose the JAR you are licensed to use. Voxel Panel does not buy subscriptions, collect licence keys or bypass paid downloads. Uploaded files stay private to this server and account.
These links open the publisher websites. Their versions, prices and licence requirements need manual review.
Waiting → downloading → file staged → reported after restart. Staged does not mean loaded successfully.
Stop Minecraft. Download the matching updated companion below and replace the old companion JAR. Keep your existing server-id/api-key and dashboard address. Do not replace a paired config with an old setup download.
Paper/Folia: put the companion in plugins and set allow-plugin-installation: true in plugins/VoxelBridge/config.yml. Fabric: put its companion in mods and set allow-mod-installation=true in config/voxeldesk.properties. Start Minecraft and wait for a fresh heartbeat. Exact build testing is still required.
Plugin Studio now brings your installed inventory, individual configuration drafts and the optional Kit Builder together.
Choose a server to discover its plugins and configuration drafts.
An updated companion can bring eligible safe YAML snapshots into Studio automatically when you enable it below. Existing drafts are preserved. You can also import a reviewed file. EssentialsX basics and TAB headers/footers have dedicated draft editors; other configurations keep generic YAML support.
Checking automatic configuration sync…
allow-config-sync: false, that blocks reading. Keep it to forbid sync. Remove that line only if you want website-controlled opt-in, or set true for local opt-in. The website cannot override an explicit false.Paper/Folia only. Existing local opt-ins continue working. Private/unsupported/oversized files remain excluded. Filters cannot identify every secret; review your server files before enabling. Up to 60 files / 900 KB per scan, 120 KB per file, five folder levels. Worlds and licensed JARs are not transferred by this YAML reader.
Drafts never overwrite live files. Refreshing preserves existing drafts. A server snapshot can be older than what is currently on disk.
Open a synced safe config, change a setting, preview the difference, then save a test draft.
Unknown YAML keys and existing comments are kept. Export a configuration draft; production deployments are not enabled.
Review the snapshot time first. Your previous draft remains in history. Nothing is written to the server.
No edits yet.
Recognises familiar plugins and custom plugins alike.
Scan plugins locally without uploading plugin JARs.
Download your Minecraft plugins/ folder using SFTP or FileZilla, then run the scanner on your own computer. It reads plugin metadata without executing JARs.
python sandbox/scan_plugins.py --source "C:/my-server" --output plugins-scan.zip --include-configs
Include configs only after reviewing them: files containing suspected credentials are rejected by the scanner. The site stores approved YAML as drafts only.
Missing dependencies from imported plugin metadata, and saved-draft activity.
Design a kit menu visually. Click a slot to add an item, or drag items to reorder them.
Click any square above to edit its item. Drag one occupied square onto another to move or swap items.
Changes stay in the Studio until you explicitly save them. Saved designs do not change Minecraft.
Draft changes safely before deploying anything
A draft visualisation, not a replacement for in-game testing
Staff use a limited Team view. Owner tools, host keys, files, pairing and billing stay private. An approval records a second person’s review; it never executes a change by itself.
Sign in with the email the owner invited. Review the server and permissions first. Invitations expire after 48 hours and work once.
Requires another accepted staff account with review permission. Covers access-changing controls, host power/console/restore, live YAML writes, plugin installation/update/rollback and world switching. Read-only tools, draft edits, backups and announcements are excluded. The owner can explicitly disable this policy; that is recorded.
Review the exact destination, operation and hashes. Requests expire after 15 minutes; a changed inventory, policy or reviewer invalidates approval. After approval, the requester repeats the exact reviewed action. A fresh preview may be needed if its shorter review token expired.
Verified plugin updates add markers automatically. A comparison needs samples on both sides; player counts and workload can change the result.
Plan announcements before a restart. This does not block joins, change the whitelist or restart automatically. The app and companion must stay connected for messages; late announcements are skipped.
Check the pinned HTTPS release service. Downloads are manual; checksum verification does not provide an operating-system publisher signature. No installer runs automatically.
Download published installerHost tools use the limited connection entered in Server Care. Keys clear when you change servers or sign out. World actions require your own compatible Pterodactyl host.
Read-only search of logs/latest.log, with best-effort redaction. Up to 2 MB / the last 5,000 lines are searched and 200 matches shown. For larger or rotated logs, use your host.
Request a read-only LuckPerms check, then search fresh logs for that player and node. The explainer interprets text as clues; it never grants permissions or OP.
Stop Minecraft before exporting, uploading or switching. Existing worlds are kept. Uploaded worlds go to a new folder and are not activated until a separate reviewed switch.
Download private host archiveExports use host disk quota and remain there until you clean them up manually. Download links are private and temporary.
Use Backups to upload a ZIP first. World tools accept at most 64 MB compressed / 256 MB expanded / 25,000 entries and exactly one Java level.dat. World-only data is copied; datapacks, plugins and server configs are excluded. Larger worlds need manual hosting tools.
Only level-name is changed. Host writes are not atomic. Keep the server stopped if a write is uncertain and inspect server.properties or restore the host backup. Modded dimensions/plugins still need a matching setup.
The installation administrator can prepare a checksummed world copy from the selected ZIP, without starting Minecraft. Then choose it in Free Toolbox → Playable local world and use a matching trusted server/plugin profile. Up to four copies are kept. Local process separation is not a security sandbox.
Find dependency problems, understand a crash, schedule host backups, or review a plugin update. Choose your server above. Nothing changes until you review and submit an action.
Uses your companion’s reported inventory. Public publisher checks cover up to 20 recognised projects; private plugins and runtime behaviour still need testing.
Paste the relevant console error, starting at the first failure and including “Caused by” lines. Remove passwords, tokens and private player data first. This uses local rules, has no AI service charge, and does not save your log.
Backups and file updates below currently use compatible Pterodactyl Client APIs. Other panels need an adapter. Enter a limited key with the required file, backup, schedule and status permissions. Keys stay in this page’s memory and clear when you switch servers or sign out.
The hosting panel runs this schedule even when your PC is off. Backups stay in the host’s backup storage. Your host controls quota, retention and any storage charges; Voxel Panel never deletes old backups automatically. A host may refuse a new backup when its quota is full.
After creation, review the host’s next-run time below and explicitly enable the schedule. If task creation is uncertain, inspect the disabled schedule in your host instead of creating another.
Stop Minecraft using your host first. This updates one public Modrinth server JAR at a time, keeps its previous bytes privately on the panel PC, then verifies the written file. It never hot-loads code or automatically restarts Minecraft. Licensed/private files still use manual host updates.
Host writes are not atomic. Keep the server stopped if a write is interrupted and use the reviewed rollback below. Reverting a JAR does not reverse config or world migrations; keep a full host backup too. Coordinate with other staff while files are changing.
Use Plugin Manager to find a matching stable release. Its review includes the release ID. Review the publisher’s changelog and required dependencies; unknown or pinned sets may need manual updates.
Each signed-in customer sees only servers owned by their account. Create named workspaces for survival, creative or client projects. Grouping never gives another account access. The workspace selector can show one group or all your servers.
Choose a server above.
Moving a server changes its group only. Its worlds, pairing, billing allowance and live files stay as they are.
This installation uses the configured dashboard backend. Separate customer PCs are not automatically routed through this one Pages address. A permanently hosted shared backend or a separately configured customer installation is needed for that deployment model.
These tools have no Voxel Panel subscription charge. Your own computer must stay running. Hosting-provider limits and Minecraft ownership still apply. No service is purchased or enabled automatically.
See which part needs attention. Checking never renews keys or restarts Minecraft.
Save eligible Studio drafts together and restore them with an automatic safety copy. This does not back up the Minecraft world; host backups are below.
Open Plugin Studio to enable eligible read-only YAML sync, edit understandable fields and preview before/after values and colour text. Private files are skipped. Actual menus and gameplay need testing in Minecraft.
To apply a draft or restore a live YAML backup, enter your host connection in step 5. Voxel Panel rereads the live file, checks the reviewed contents and saves its previous contents before requesting the write.
The host API has no atomic conditional-write guarantee. Other staff should pause edits during this operation. No hot reload is sent.
Save a reviewed setup plan in Templates, select it here, then check matching public files. Premium/private packages remain in the individual licensed upload workflow. New JARs only; existing files are never replaced.
Direct staging needs a fresh, installation-enabled companion. Inspect every job in Plugins & mods, then restart through your host after all files are staged. A queued job is not an installed plugin.
Optional Pterodactyl Client API adapter. Works only where your host exposes the compatible API and grants your account permission. Some hosts charge for backup storage or exclude API access. Voxel Panel adds no provider fee. It does not connect to every panel.
Your key is sent only to this dashboard and the HTTPS panel you enter. It stays in this page's memory, is not saved, and is cleared when you change server or sign out. Use a limited Client API key, never an administrator Application key.
Stop the server first. Both backups must be complete, and the safety backup must have been requested here within 15 minutes. Restore overlays backup files; extra files remain.
A fresh world on the dashboard computer, controlled here and joinable with Minecraft Java Edition on that PC. No extra hosting account. It is a separate folder/process, not a security sandbox: use only code you trust. It cannot safely run untrusted plugins. Strong hosted isolation and browser gameplay still need separate infrastructure.
Uses a 2 GB Java heap, localhost port 25567 and a one-hour stop timer. The same Java version required by your server JAR must already be installed. No live worlds, credentials, configuration directories or server folders are mounted. Uploaded profile labels are declarations; check the publisher and startup console.
Free authenticator codes work without SMS or an email service. Generate and privately save recovery codes first. Each recovery code can reset your password and disable 2FA; keep them as securely as your password.
Email verification and emailed password-reset links need a configured mail service and are not active. Saved recovery codes provide the free offline alternative. Protect the private account database and its backups, which contain authenticator seeds.
Each template lists the real plugin name and explains its job. Start with the required plugins, choose any optional extras, then preview your setup checklist.
Enter the Minecraft version shown in your host panel before previewing. This public page cannot detect it automatically.
Required means part of this starter or needed by one of your selected plugins. Version-specific requirements still need checking.
Suggestions for a separate test copy. These are not applied automatically.
Get matching public JARs together in one ZIP. Check availability first, then download. Missing or premium/custom files are listed separately. Files download to your device; they are not installed on your server.
Choose the template/packages and exact version above. These steps create review-only settings and known plugin fragments. They never change a live server or assign permissions automatically.
Download your package recipe, sample server settings and setup instructions. No scripts or JARs are bundled.
Capture names and versions from a fresh companion inventory into your private library. Configs, Skript files, worlds and player data stay out.
Checking whether a hosted lab worker is connected…
No live server files are mounted. Matching Paper/Folia and plugin templates run on a dedicated gVisor worker. Your Minecraft account is needed for browser play. With no host connected, nothing can start.
Selected Studio drafts above are copied into the lab only. Hosted mode starts a fresh world; uploading/copying a live world is not implemented.
Loading the selected server snapshot…
A real world loads when you start the test server. Join it in your Minecraft client at localhost:25566 in local mode. The website prepares the kit; the local helper still needs your licensed JARs and starts no server automatically.
Copy mode asks for a world folder containing level.dat in the local helper. It copies into the new test folder and sets the level name. Private player folders are excluded. Other dimensions or additional plugin worlds are not copied automatically.
We match names and versions from this snapshot. You supply the actual licensed JARs from your host. The bridge and private player folders are excluded. A world copy is included only when you explicitly select it in the local helper.
These are your edited copies from Studio. Safe config snapshots can arrive automatically through the opted-in Paper/Folia companion. Your edits remain separate drafts.
A separate local folder or world is not a security boundary. A generated .wsb is only configuration until Windows Sandbox launches successfully. Its VM disables networking and clipboard, maps only the prepared input and selected Java runtime read-only, and keeps changes inside the disposable VM. We do not certify or monitor the running VM. Online licence services/authentication may fail offline. Hosted isolated gameplay labs are not available.
Windows Sandbox requirements and configuration ↗Choose an action to review its target, settings and effect.
Start, stop, restart, full console, file access and backups need a provider integration. Use your host panel for these.
Cancel an action before dispatch. Dispatched work cannot be recalled. A successful dispatch does not prove the in-game change succeeded.
Safe, structured actions instead of an unrestricted console
Console access is powerful enough to grant admin permissions, delete data or run dangerous plugin commands. Voxel Panel starts with named, validated actions and an audit trail.
Track who requested a change and whether it ran
Automate announcements or time/weather without scripting.
Tasks run only when the Minecraft bridge connects and polls. Missed recurrences are not run in bursts.
Only structured, validated commands can be queued.
Track low server TPS without complex monitoring setup.
Recorded in the dashboard, throttled to one low-TPS event per five minutes. Folia does not expose a single global TPS value through this bridge. Email/Discord delivery is not included.
Review reported low-TPS incidents.
Saved to your Voxel Panel account, across browser visits. No Minecraft settings are changed.
This changes its name in Voxel Panel. It does not rename your host, world or Minecraft MOTD.
Choose a server.
To reconnect: revoke access, generate a code, stop Minecraft, set server-id and api-key to empty strings in VoxelBridge/config.yml, paste the new pairing-code, then start Minecraft. Keep the panel URL unchanged.
Revocation cancels queued actions and disables schedules. Already dispatched actions may still run. Review schedules before enabling them again.
